The sudden noise by the door surprised them. Two big men entered and kicked the door. Their gazes were on Fury and Betty, and the tallest smiled.

“Motherfucker,” Fury whispered, suddenly frozen.

Crazy Horse, the Road Captain of the Riders, was smirking, and his cold eyes were on Betty. The bastards probably followed him and Patriot since the clubhouse. Or they saw his chopper in front of the coffee shop. Whatever it was, he saw his woman. Damn!

He couldn’t fake a thing; he had Betty’s hands on his; they were sitting together. Fucking Riders! They were probably following all the executive members of the Kings, waiting for a mistake. And he had made things easy for them.

“What have we got here?” Both men walked to his table. But Crazy Horse was the one shouting. His attitude scared several customers, and Betty tried to stand.

“Not a word or a step, babe,” he whispered, and she nodded.

“Fury, the president of the most cowardly bikers in the state. And you’ve got company. New pussy for your club? She is hot.”

His gaze eye-fucked Betty, and she moved in her chair.

“You should go to our club instead, whore. Bigger cocks, a lot of fun. I could fuck all your holes without complaint,” the other said, and Betty shivered.

“Betty, go to the counter, please. I have to take care of these clowns.”

She nodded and walked to Rhonda without hesitation. Then he looked at both Riders.

“Perhaps you think you scare me, fuckers. You don’t. I can beat you with a hand behind my back. You’re in our territory. Go now, or you’ll regret,” Fury warned. He stood, flexing his muscles and preparing to fight, but the cowards retreated.

“This is not the place or the time, Fury. We know your club blew our warehouse. You’ll pay. Or your possessions.” He looked towards Betty, and his disgusting mouth made a smirk.

“Stay away. I warn you, man. You don’t know how merciless I can be,” Fury snarled.

“You stay away, asshole! Not a King in our land or your bitch will suffer. Or perhaps, Patriot´s son.”

They walked away, and as soon as they closed the door, Betty came. He didn’t have to think.

“This is what I was afraid of.”

“Who are those bikers?” she asked. There was more curiosity than fear in her gaze.

“Bad news. Riders. 1% bikers. Enemies. And they saw me holding your hand.”

“So, are they my enemies, too?”

“I need to protect you, babe,” he babbled while taking his phone.

“Fury...” she said, but he was talking business now.

“Hustle, Riders threatened me and my woman.” He rolled his eyes when the other snorted. “I want two prospects outside the place. Tell Patriot, he knows where it is. And call the rest of the members. We have to plan.”

“How bad is it?” she asked when he finished the call. He could read strength and decision in her eyes.

“Not bad if we take precautions. You´ll come with me after work, Betty. My place.” There was no way he would leave her in that neighborhood. Riders were going to dig to know everything about her.
